German pancake (Dutch baby)

½ stick butter 

3 eggs

½ cup milk 

½ cup flour

Melt butter in 9x13 pyrex pan (or dutch oven) at 400 degrees. Mix eggs, milk, flour, and a pinch of salt. Let sit for 10 minutes. Pour mixture into buttered pan. Bake until golden brown 20-40 minutes, dutch ovens take longer. Top with butter, syrup, powdered sugar, and lemon juice.
