Old Fashioned Chicken Pie

4 T. butter

5 T. flour

1 cup milk

1 cup chicken stock

1/2 cup cream

1 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. paprika

2 cups cooked chicken

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup chopped green pepper

1/4 cup cooked rice

Melt butter, add flour and when blended, add milk, chicken stock and cream. Cook until creamy, stirring constantly. Add rest of ingredients and pour into a buttered, shallow baking dish. Cover with biscuits.(See recipe below) Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 25 minutes.
