Creamy Hash Browns
2 lb. package of frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 ounce container sour cream
8 ounce package grated cheddar cheese
1/2 medium onion, grated
Preheat oven to 350 Mix all ingredients together. Butter bottom and sides of a 9 inch x 13 inch pan. Pour potato mixture into the pan; bake uncovered 1 hour.
