Cheddar Hash Brown Casserole

3 cups half & half

1/2 cup butter

2 cups grated cheddar cheese chopped green onions

(2 or 3) 1 tsp. salt

2 packages frozen hash browns (Irish style) (don’t thaw)

Layer potatoes, cheese, green onions in large baking dish. Melt butter, add to half & half, pour over potatoes. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
