Smoked Gouda Dip

2 blocks of smoked gouda

½ red onion finely diced

¾ cup - 1 cup Mayonnaise (depends on the amount of cheese

Shred the cheese, stir in onion, fold in mayo until it forms a dip. This recipe really couldn’t be easier but it’s sooo much better than you’d think. Serve with thin pretzels.
