No Knead Bread

3 cups flour 

2 tsp salt

1 tsp yeast 

1 ½ cup warm water 


Combine your ingredients in a large mixing bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rise overnight or for 9 to 18 hours. When ready to bake preheat your oven and a dutch oven to 450 degrees. Transfer dough to parchment, shape your bread and cover with flour and plastic wrap. Let rest for 30 minutes then transfer dough to the hot dutch oven and bake covers for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake for 10-15 minutes.
