Waffles

I don’t think she ever made this size recipe; her waffle breakfasts required at least doubling or tripling the amounts.

1 cup flour

2 T. sugar

2 tsp. baking powder

dash of salt

1 egg yolk

1 cup milk

2 T. butter, melted

Mix all together, fold in one beaten egg white, Pour into waffle iron.
