Painkiller

For cream of coconut:
1 13.5 oz can of coconut milk

¼ tsp salt

13.5 oz 2:1 simple syrup

(can be replaced with Coco Lopez cream of coconut) 

For drink: 

1 oz cream of coconut 

2 oz pusser’s rum (or a good rum, go navy strength for added kick) 

4 oz pineapple juice 

1 oz orange juice 

Grated nutmeg

Making your own coconut cream makes a big difference, but you can substitute for Coco Lopez. Simple syrup is 2 parts sugar, 1 part water, heat until sugar dissolves then cool. Once you have your simple syrup just blend that with coconut milk and salt until well combined.  

For the drink: 

Shake ingredients with ice then strain into your favorite tiki glass filled with crushed ice. Grate some fresh nutmeg on top and enjoy.
